Olyvia Kwok

Founder

Olyvia studied statistics at Queen Mary University and then spent six months working at MS Bank before moving into the art market.

In her early 20s Olyvia was the first person to recognise the new movement of Chinese contemporary art, which resulted in Sotheby's establishing a new dedicated department. Then, after the global financial crisis in 2008, Olyvia discovered a niche in the market for auction guarantees, and in 2014 founded the first art lending fund in the UK. In 2015 Olyvia launched a space on Mount Street focused on secondary investment pieces, club deals, and auction infrastructures.

Alfie Carter

Alfie graduated from university with a degree in Art History, specialising in British Modernism.

In his early career, he gained experience at prominent blue-chip galleries and major international art fairs, as well as honing his analytical skills as an art market research analyst for a financial advisory firm. Creatively, Alfie draws inspiration from different aspects of art history, ranging from the performative and conceptual spirit of the Gutai movement, represented by artists like Jirō Yoshihara and Kazuo Shiraga, to the entrepreneurial and avant-garde attitude of the YBA generation, including artists such as Rachel Whiteread and Anthony Gormley.

Jo studied at King's College London and the University of Oxford and is qualified in England and Wales, California and New York

Jo brings over 15 years of experience as a practising attorney focused on intellectual property and commercial law across a broad range of industries at Freshfields and Paramount Pictures in London, and Belkin International in Los Angeles.

Alexandra Bowman

Alexandra studied Italian & Philosophy at Cardiff University before going on to complete a Masters in Italian language, culture and history at University College London.

Having acquired a deep appreciation for fine art after spending her year abroad in Florence studying art history at the Università degli Studi di Firenze, Alexandra interned at various well-known museums and curatorial houses before joining Bruton + Co.

Evan Pearce

Evan received a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Mathematics and Economics from Harvard College, and a Masters of Science in Applied Mathematics and Decision Theory from Harvard University’s Division of Applied Sciences.

He carried out pioneering work in quantitative neuroscience as well as econometric research using events studies and the application of artificial intelligence and decision theory to financial markets and securities and derivatives pricing. He has over 30 years of investing experience with a focus on derivatives, distressed assets and restructuring.

Glen Atchison

Glen studied Jurisprudence at Balliol College, Oxford University before qualifying as a lawyer.

Having become Managing Partner of the leading Media & Entertainment law firm in London at 35 years old, he brings decades of experience in the legal and private wealth space, together with very broad business and management experience. Glen particularly enjoys working with those in the creative industries and through his own Private Office remains a trusted advisor to many clients, wealthy individuals and their families.

Jessica Barker

Jessica studied History of Art at Goldsmiths and obtained a Masters in art business from Sotheby's Institute London.

She has over 15 years of experience in the art world advising and building private contemporary art collections, as well as 10 years of experience guest lecturing at Sotheby's Institute alongside her research and editing contributions to George Condo’s Monograph.
